The moon is shining in the night and you feel an unusual urge to gaze at it.

Inspired by the analog horror genre, this game is a tribute to LOCAL58TV Weather Service episode.

Made in a week for the Scream Jam 2021.

boring pfft

Good work. I totally got thrilled and somewhat nostalgic about the silent hill ambience and the majoras mask moon horror.

charming short atmospheric game with a fantastic sound design that guarantees at least a little bit of a chill down your spine! quite polished as well, keep up with the good work!

i was about to ask if it was somehow inspired by "don't stare at the moon" arg, but i just saw the synopsis saying it was inspired by weather service

I love the LOCAL58TV mystery so am glad you did this!

I'm new to YouTube and it would help a lot if you leave a like or subscribe if you like the content, also you can request a game by leaving a comment!

Aww, are you going to release a windows version? I wanted to download all the 1st in category games to try out after absolutely LOVING Leftovers

Oh sure, I'll let you know when it's up!

Awesome, I'm excited

Dude I completely forgot sorry, but the windows version is up now!

Soooo, almost 5 months later, I finally gave it a shot. First time around, I looked at the moon before even finding the first radio...stared way too long before realizing nothing was happening.

After the broadcast, just for gits and shiggles, I immediately went out and looked at the moon.

As for the actual objective, it's not inherently clear that you're supposed to turn the radios off, and at times the compass doesn't leave one you've already turned off.

However, altogether, for as short as the experience was it was amazingly atmospheric.

Thanks!

Probably I should have let the moon "take you" even before the broadcast.

As for the objective, it's not actually to turn off the radios, you're merely supposed to follow the compass. It will spin like mad when you reach the next checkpoint, until the last room at the end of the corridor.

Not the best mechanic I'll admit, I wanted to get the setting and atmosphere right and couldn't come up with something better in the jam's time frame.

Creepy.  Unavoidable doom from something we assume is friendly.

Very atmospheric. The graphics are quite good, and the sounds/music also worked for me.

Huh, it's like the first game that plays with my phobia. I never seen any game that depicts this fear of "giant planets" before.

I was really drawn in by the ambience and I really appreciated that there was no jumpscares. The light on the hallway to the locked door at the start really made me think that's where I had to go to progress, otherwise really cool game!

That's exactly where you need to go, but at the end. Follow the compass.

Couldn't finish the game because the camera kept jerking me everywher

Just don't look at the moon.

Indeed a good looking story, decent graphics and somewhat tense atmosphere. I enjoyed the game for what it was, even thou I don't quite like "creepypasta" based games, this one surprised me. Good Job.

Thanks for playing and reviewing the game, it was fun watching you!

what?

I loved the sound and music you've used!! It built a great atmosphere for such a short game :)

Thanks!

Who wouldnt look at the moon then? I looked at the moon before the guy finished talking on the radio

You must look at the moon. Listen to your subconscious mind.

Is that all? whats up with that door you can't open?

You can open it after a while. Follow the compass.
